Cancellation Policy

THE MELANIN EXECUTIVE Client Agreement & Policies info@themelaninexecutive.com Effective upon payment. By completing your purchase, you automatically agree to all terms below. 1. Our Environment The Melanin Executive is a harassment-free and intimidation-free space — full stop. As a small business, I reserve the right to cancel any session or programme at any time if that standard is compromised. In the event of cancellation on these grounds, prepaid sessions will not be refunded. This applies to all forms of communication including but not limited to email, direct message, and within sessions. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Time is the one resource none of us can recover. Please treat it with the respect it deserves. • More than 72 hours notice — no charge. Life happens. • Less than 72 hours notice — 10% of total session cost will be charged. • 24 hours notice or less — 20% of total session cost will be charged. • No notification — the full session fee is forfeited. All rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@themelaninexecutive.com. 3. Coach Cancellation Policy Sessions will only be rescheduled by the coach in the event of a genuine emergency or a scheduling error on the part of The Melanin Executive. In the rare event that I am unable to deliver sessions or complete a programme, a full refund will be issued for all remaining unused sessions the client has paid for. No delays. No runaround. 4. Payment Terms Full payment is required prior to the commencement of any session or programme unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the point of booking. In the event of a failed or disputed payment, access to sessions will be paused until the matter is resolved. The Melanin Executive will never store your full card or bank details. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms. 5. Privacy & Data Protection The Melanin Executive takes your privacy seriously. Any personal information you provide — including your name, contact details, and payment information — will be used solely for the purpose of delivering coaching services to you. • Your data will never be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law. • Session notes and personal information are stored securely and accessed only by the coach. • You have the right to request
